Does Trip Track Pro bill eMBS? +
Yes. In one tap it creates an eMBS billing file from your completed trips, ready to upload in eMBS under Billing Submissions. You stay responsible for the accuracy of every claim.
What do I need to create the eMBS file? +
Your DODD eMBS contract number and each rider’s Medicaid number in the Rider Key. We help you set both up when you activate.
Can I still enter claims myself? +
Yes. You review everything and upload the file yourself, or keep billing the way you do now and use Trip Track Pro only for trip records.
Does it decide whether a trip can be billed? +
No. The provider must confirm the rider’s authorization, applicable service code, unit, and current billing requirements.
Can completed trip entries be corrected? +
Yes. Authorized users can edit completed daily-log entries before finalizing the daily record.
Can riders be added or removed? +
Yes. Riders can be added, edited, printed, or removed as services change.
Can an individual rider record be printed? +
Yes. Rider information can be prepared for printing. Medicaid information must be protected and handled securely.
Where does the PDF go on an iPad? +
The completed PDF normally appears in the Downloads folder inside Apple’s Files app.
Does the application work on a phone? +
Yes. The responsive app is designed for compatible phone, tablet, and computer browsers.
Is Trip Track Pro officially approved by DODD? +
